The Journey Begins

At 30, Sarah Jane courageously opened her first holistic therapy space, marking the beginning of her transformative journey. This initial step paved the way for the creation of MIND BODY SOUL in Newquay, Cornwall. What started as a simple therapy space blossomed into a powerful sanctuary dedicated to empowering women.

Now based in Cheshire, Sarah Jane is launching a new, more intimate space called Sacred Space. Here, she works closely with women through face-to-face holistic therapy, circle groups, one-on-one sessions, and reset retreat days. She is also cultivating the growth of her Wise Travel Community, dedicated to inspiring and empowering women in business to generate passive and residual income in the travel industry, embrace independence, and become the best version of themselves.
