Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. It involves the practice of channeling universal life force energy through the hands of a practitioner to promote healing, balance, and relaxation in the recipient. During a Reiki session, the recipient typically lies down fully clothed while the practitioner lightly places their hands on or near the body.

The goal of Reiki is to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and support the body's natural healing processes, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Reiki is often used to complement traditional medical treatments and is embraced for its soothing and restorative effects.

Hot stone massage is a healing therapy that combines the soothing warmth of heated stones with traditional massage techniques to promote deep relaxation and spiritual tranquility. The heated stones, often made of basalt, are placed on key energy points of the body, helping to release tension and restore balance. This practice not only alleviates physical stress but also encourages emotional release and a deeper connection to one’s inner self. As the warmth penetrates the muscles, it invites a meditative state, allowing the mind to unwind, fostering peace, and enhancing mindfulness in both body and spirit. goes here
